At Olive Branch Eatery, guest safety is a priority. Our menu features items that may contain or come into contact with common allergens including wheat, gluten, dairy, eggs, soy, tree nuts (including pistachios and pine nuts), and sulfites.

Our kitchen prepares dishes in a shared environment. While we take reasonable precautions to prevent cross-contact, we cannot guarantee that any menu item is completely free of a particular allergen.

Common Allergens on Our Menu

• Wheat / Gluten: ciabatta, focaccia, baguette, sourdough, pasta, tiramisu.
• Dairy: mozzarella, provolone, Fontina, Parmigiano-Reggiano, mascarpone, ricotta.
• Eggs: aioli, Caesar dressing, tiramisu.
• Tree nuts: pistachio mortadella, pine nuts, pistachio cannoli.
• Pork: prosciutto, salami, capicola, soppressata, mortadella, pancetta, bacon.
• Sulfites: wine, vinegars, cured meats.
